1. Remove the P3pro software through the Add/Remove Programs tool:
   Start -> Settings -> Control panel -> Add/Remove Programs
2. Follow the instructions on removing the program.
3. Download the .exe.
4. Open the .exe.
5. Enter the password 'p3pro'.
6. Follow the directions in the installation.
