Terms and Conditions

Delivery

The P3ProSwing products in stock will be delivered within 5 days. The minimum order level amount is CHF 30.-- or Euro 20.--. The company will charge the VAT tax for orders that are delivered in Switzerland and abroad to the customer . Golf Vision Europa will pay the VAT tax abroad to DPD, Swiss Post or other freight forwarder. We will add the VAT tax from the net sale price posted on our web site. The duty will be included in the discounted flat shipping rate. Duty regulations vary from country to country. If you require detailed information, please contact your local customs office. You are responsible for following the local regulations of your country.

Prices

All published prices are subject to change and man be adjusted to market value at anytime. The VAT tax is not included in the net sale price. Golf Vision Europa offers special discounted flat shipping rates from our warehouse in Switzerland.

Payment

Registration of property - Right of withdrawal

Goods delivered for test purposes remain the property of the company until full payment has been received. Golf Vision Europa has the right to make such an entry in the local property registration. If the receiver of the merchandise has delayed payment, Golf Vision Europa is allowed, upon notification of customer, to take back its merchandise.

Design, technical data and changes

We reserve the right to make changes in design and in the technical specifications that will improve the function and quality of the product. All technical data and measurements are based on information given by the manufacturer and are binding within this framework.

Warranty

The limited warranty period is 12 months, effective on the delivery date to the customer, for all manufacturing defects. Products will be replaced and repaired at no charge if the fault is reported in writing within 2 weeks after recognizing it. The warranty will be voided if changes and repairs were done without knowledge of the distributor or manufacturer. Any claim of warranty will become void if an unauthorized opening of the unit occurs. All expressed and implied warranties for the product, including but not limited to any implied warranties and conditions or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in time to the term of the limited warranty period. We do not accept liability behond the remedies provided for in this limited warranty for consequential or incidental damages, including, without limitation, any liability for third party claims against you. Our liability will be no more than the amount you paid for the product that is the subject of a claim.

Court location

Agreements completed between customer and Funk AG - Golf Vision Europa are subject to Swiss Law. In case of any legal issues the location of the court is Zurich (location of incorporation).

Returns

P3ProSwing products can be returned within 10 days under the following conditions: returned merchandise must be new, undamaged, functional, complete and sent to us in the original cardboard box. Golf Vision Europa reserves the right to charge up to 20% of the sale price as a restocking fee for returned items.

Order

The Buyer accepts the above Agreement conditions with its order.
